The idea of this initiative ‘ Conversations in Dance’ by Kalavaahini is to document senior artists as they speak about their personal dance journeys. In this process we hope to record for posterity the ‘ dance environment’, that contributed to the making of these eminent, extraordinary artists.

We wish to share their precious stories that will cover aspects of dance training, transmission and presentation – with the dancers of today. Kalavaahini plans to bring to the present generation an inspirational film series on ‘ Conversations in Dance’.
