Kalavaahini Trust presents the fourth edition of the “Dance Series- pursuing excellence” in collaboration with G5A Foundation For Contemporary Culture on Sunday, January 19th 2020, celebrating the art form of Bharatanatyam.

The day has been specially designed to invite the audience an opportunity to look into the dance form rather than look at it as normally viewed in performance. The narratives as seen through film and dance will explore personal journeys. Beginning with the screening of the internationally acclaimed film, The Unseen Sequence, Directed by Sumantra Ghosal, it will be followed by my in-depth Lecture Demonstration on The Expanding Canvas of Bharatanatyam. The day will conclude with a dance program by Navia Natarajan, one of the talented gen-next dancers.
