Fellowship Awards

Award Senior and Junior Fellowships to deserving
dancers to further enhance their study,
research and choreographic skills.

Award Senior and Junior Fellowships to deserving dancers to further enhance their study, research and choreographic skills. The Junior Fellowship is to encourage dedicated, promising and young students of dance to strive for excellence under the guidance of their gurus. In addition, this Fellowship also extends to those dancers who wish to sharpen their skills, explore possibilities and work with the guidance from their chosen mentors.

The aim of the Senior Fellowship is to extend support to solo classical dancers to choreograph work that is original in concept and intelligent in execution within the classical genre. We believe that commissioning such works will make a significant contribution to the evolving classical repertoire and provide due recognition to artists of merit. The two Fellowships culminate in a performance presented by the Trust for connoisseurs, art enthusiasts and the general public.
